When planning your event at Bistro 64, it is our goal to make your event
planning as easy as possible and to deliver an unforgettable experience.
We can accommodate any size group up to 150 people. We have a wide range
of services available from planning a corporate dinner or luncheon, a
medical presentation, educational seminar, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception,
birthday or retirement party, baby showers, bar/bat mitzvahs or any other
celebration that inspires you to book a private space
Our private rooms are a wonderful place to socialize in and have a relaxing
dinner with professional service and an upscale atmosphere. We take our
guests' needs seriously, and are happy to accommodate your event to the
best of our ability. Whether you are planning for a presentation or a
wedding reception, we understand that all guests and events are different,
therefore your menu and attention to detail will differentiate.
We can accommodate up to 80 guests in the private room (without a presentation,
65 with a presentation), but we are happy to discuss a closed restaurant
event to accommodate larger parties.
How to Plan Your Event
You may choose a dinner, luncheon, reception or meeting event at Bistro
64. Along with assisting you in planning the event, we are happy to offer
an array of services. We can organize a personalized ice sculpture, custom
flower arrangements, AV Equipment, live music, place cards, clowns, magicians,
and any other event specific item you would like for us to organize or
assist you in planning.
The minimum to book a private room for dinner without a room charge is
12 people. We are not open for lunch, but would be happy to open for a
private luncheon for a minimum of 30 people, without a room charge. Please
refer to the private luncheon and dinner menu options for planning your
event. You may choose a 3,4, or 5 course menu, which your guests make
entree selections from*. The menu is customized with your company's logo,
or event's name and each guest receives a menu at their setting. *Menu
selections vary based on the size of the group
If you do not have enough guests in your party to meet the minimum required
to avoid a room charge, we simply add the number of people needed to make
12 guests and multiply it times $65.00 per person. For lunch the minimum is 30 people at a cost of $45.00
per person.
When booking your event, we will require a $250.00 deposit to secure
your space ($500 for parties over 50 and December events and 1/2 of the
cost for closed
restaurant events). This deposit is deducted from your check at the
time of the event. When the guest books the event, we will ask
for a guest count. We will set the guaranteed count to be 10%
less. Should the number of guests that attend the event
fall below the guaranteed count, a fee of $65 per person to not
show will
be charged to the final bill. ($45 for
lunch events).
With remaining simple in planning events, we are able to focus on the
main aspects of your event, the food and service. So, sit back and let

your guests.
